The development concept addresses this market <br />demand for large lot sites suitable for targeted industrial <br />growth and enhance the City's competitiveness in the <br />region. <br />MMPA's development concept seeks to attract high -value, <br />environmentally conscious industrial use that limits the <br />potential for adverse impacts on adjacent land uses. <br />Preserve and maintain the As Energy City, Elk River seeks to promote sustainable <br />environment and energy efficient forms of development. <br />(pg. 7, 2014 Comprehensive MMPA is committed to providing its members with clean, <br />Plan) renewable energy.
