The Rise Up Center operations and activities will not create excessive noise, traffic, smoke, fumes, glare, odors, <br />dust or vibrations. <br />6. Will not result in the destruction, loss or damage of a natural, scenic or historic feature of major importance. <br />There are no natural, scenic or historic features present on the site. <br />7.
