City of <br /> Elk <br /> ^--� City of Elk River <br /> River Planning Commission <br /> Resolution 21-03 <br /> A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Elk River Finding <br /> that the Transfer of Property is Consistent with the <br /> Elk River Comprehensive Plan <br /> WHEREAS, The City,of Elk River ("City,") has agreed to terms with Elk River Municipal <br /> Utilities ("ERMU") for the transfer of the parcels identified in Exhibit A ("Property,"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City,would transfer the Property,for continued use and development as a <br /> Government Facility,,which is a Conditional Use in the Property's zoning district; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minn.
