Based on the discussion of the concept review with the Planning Commission <br /> and City Council, the direction for these applications will be determined. This will <br /> include the determination of the proper zoning district, land uses, and other available <br /> tools. For example, tools that may be developed to manage development for the <br /> specific growth area. An overlay is a tool that could be explored for the US 169 corridor <br /> or the northern business park.
