Exhibit A 75-003-1200 75-W3-1100 75-W3-1102 75-003-4203 SECTION 2. That the rezon- ing approved by this Ordinance is based on the following findings: 1. The facilities requiring the overlay district . have been de- molished and the existing and planned uses do not require the district. SECTION 3.
