<br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT F <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF PROJECT <br />__________, 20___ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River, Minnesota, a municipal corporation under the laws of <br />the State of Minnesota (the “City”), and Stonewood Development LLC, a ___________ limited <br />liability company (the “Developer”) have entered into a TIF Assistance Agreement (the “TIF <br />Assistance Agreement”), dated ________ __, 2021; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the TIF Assistance Agreement requires the Developer to construct the \[Phase <br />One\]\[Phase Two\] Project (as that term is defined in the TIF Assistance Agreement); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed the \[Phase One\]\[Phase Two\] in a manner <br />deemed sufficient by the City to permit the execution of this certification in accordance with <br />Section 3.7 of the TIF Assistance Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, this is to certify that the Developer has constructed the \[Phase <br />One\]\[Phase Two\] Project in accordance with the TIF Assistance Agreement.
