Do not click links or open <br />attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. <br />Hi Ryan, <br />I called your office and was told you are out with a new baby, congrats and I hope <br />things are going well! <br />Our team met with the City Planning Commission earlier this month. Following the <br />meeting we drafted a proposal for a fence line along the south side of our <br />playground. <br />This would be a cedar fence that runs the length of your building - please see <br />attachment. This would help provide a shield from objects as well as provide a <br />sound barrier and privacy for you and your clients. At this time the fence will be at <br />a height of 15 to 17 ft, depending on city recommendations. <br />Essentially we are looking for something from you to convey to the City Council <br />that you are amenable to this proposal and that it will minimize disturbances from <br />our playground. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss further.
