Also, looking at the drawing, it appears the cedar fence stops at the building and not at the parking lot. <br />Since our vehicles have had some contact with items in the playground space, we want to make sure people walking in <br />the parking lot as well as vehicles are being protected and feel the cedar fence should carry to the current fence corner <br />towards the road. Essentially, we would like the higher cedar fence to run the entire length of the building and the parking <br />lot. One of the tenants in the building did give an opinion that if the cedar fence carried to that comer close to the road to <br />your current fence setback, it would not block the view of traffic on the road (coming out of our parking lot), but should be <br />verified by someone else. <br />I know these requests aren't as economical, but we feel they are needed for a good fit.
