Is there a proposed screening of the site? <br />No <br />Proposed building material: <br />The building will largely remain the same, with primarily interior renovations. The drive canopy will be <br />removed with the exterior finishes to match the existing metal roof, EIFS, precast sill, and brick. The <br />retaining wall to accommodate the new egress entry will be CMU block. The proposed materials will be <br />complementary and aligned to the existing building and comply with standards for public charter <br />schools. <br />Signage — (at the time of installation, a separate permit is required for each sign): <br />The project will remove existing commercial signage on the exterior of the building. Additional school <br />signage is not proposed at this time. <br />Is there outdoor storage? <br />No <br />
