4. Mortgage. The Mortgage, as amended by the First Amendment Mortgage, will <br />unconditionally secure payment to Lender as set forth in the Original Loan Agreement <br />and herein and in the Original Note and the Amended and Restated Note. <br />Confirmation of Loan Agreement.
