Thereupon the City and the Commission shall execute and the Bond Registrar shall <br />authenticate and deliver, in exchange for this Series 2021B Bond, one or more new fully <br />registered Series 2021B Bonds in the name of the transferee (but not registered in blank or to <br />“bearer” or similar designation), of an Authorized Denomination or Denominations, in aggregate <br />principal amount equal to the principal amount of this Series 2021B Bond, of the same maturity <br />and bearing interest at the same rate. <br />The Series 2021B Bonds maturing in 2039, 2047 and 2051 shall hereinafter be referred to <br />collectively as the “Term Bonds.” The principal amounts of the Term Bonds subject to mandatory <br />sinking fund redemption on any date may be reduced through earlier optional redemptions, with any <br />partial redemptions of the Term Bonds credited against future mandatory sinking fund redemptions <br />of such Term Bonds in such order as the City shall determine.
