(a) ,No vehicleshallbepilrked between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00a.m. on Lowell and, Jackson Avenues betw~n Highway 10an<l Main Street, on' Main Street b,etween LowellAvenue and Highway 10, on J ackso!l Avenue betw.eenHighway 10 and 5th Street, ,and on Railroad Drive. In addition, no vehicle shall be parked between. 2:00' a.m. and 6:00 a'In' in the municipal parking lots . along the Burlington Northern Railroad.
