Parking in municipal <br />parking lots. ' <br />. (a) The' municipal parking lots <br />along the Burlington. Northern <br />Railroad are designated for either <br />conimuter or public parking. <br />(b) The posted employee parking <br />area within the King Avenue park- <br />ing lot requires employee vehicles <br />to display parking permits as <br />issued by ,the ,Police Chief or his <br />designee. . <br />(c) Violations of this section are <br />punishable as provided in section <br />74-9f <br />Section 3.
