Call Meeting To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called <br />to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing. <br /> <br />2. Consider 7/11/2005 Agenda <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS PRESENTED. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Consider Consent Agenda <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILEMBER FARBER TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING CONSENT <br />AGENDA ITEMS: <br /> <br />3.1. JUNE 27, 2005 COUNCIL MINUTES <br />3.2. CONSIDER WESTBOUND BIDS <br />3.3. Open Mike <br /> <br />Noone appeared. <br /> <br />5. <br />5.1. <br /> <br />Worksession <br />Update on Bank of Elk River Downtown Building Proposal <br /> <br />Director of Economic Development Catherine Mehelich presented her staff report <br />regarding the proposal to expand The Bank of Elk River to accommodate current and future <br />growth. She stated that bank representatives wished to discuss with the City Council the use <br />of Tax Rebate Financing assistance and flexibility on parking requirements. <br />
