2. Lot split approval is hereby granted for the Property. <br />The officers of the City are hereby authorized, once the conditions set forth in <br />Exhibit B are met and complied. with, to issue a certified copy of this Resolution <br />giving final approval of the lot split. <br />4. The owner of the Property is authorized to record this resolution and the certificate <br />of survey as required by law and shall file proof of recording the certificate of survey <br />with the City. No building permits will be issued for the Property until the certificate <br />of survey is recorded. <br />This lot split approval shall expire two years from the date of this resolution if the <br />certificate of survey is not recorded within that time. <br />Passed and adopted this 3rd day of May 2021. <br />ATTES <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />johUj.
