Elk River Bowl <br />has a 2 AJvl. license until 9/28/05. .L-\.ttached is a rene\val application that has been <br />submitted to the Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division of the Department of Public <br />Safety. I have certified that the City of Elk Ri,.rer approves the sale of alcoholic be"\rerages <br />until 2 A.Iv1. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br />No action needed since our ordinance allows the serving of alcoholic beverages until2A.Ivl. <br />and this optional liquor license is obtained through the State.
