The proposed lot split will create two buildable lots, and the RR <br />splitting of an existing lot is permitted under the ordinance as a Lot <br />Split. Parcel A will retain the existing home and Parcel B will be sold for Hwy 10 <br />development, both lots meet minimum frontage and size standards. All cR 12 <br />access for the new buildable parcel will come from the east — Grant <br />Street NW. <br />The buildable lot is eligible for park dedication and the Parks and �P <br />Recreation Commission recommended cash dedication. tiwy <br />/69 <br />Applicable Regulations <br />1.
