The project fulfills needs outlined in both the city’s Comprehensive Plan, as well as the Economic <br />Development Authority’s Strategic Plan. Growth of both good paying manufacturing jobs, as well as <br />commercial/industrial tax base growth are indicated priorities of both the local economic development <br />authority, as well as the City Council.
