4 <br /> <br />“For any change or alteration costing less than $100,000, for which plans are not customarily <br />prepared, which is not structural in nature and which is not visible from the exterior of the <br />Premises, Landlord and Mortgagee approval is not required, but Tenant will provide Landlord <br />notice of such change or alteration.” <br /> <br />11. Option to Expand. The Building Addition is in lieu of constructing the Expansion <br />pursuant to Article 26 of the Lease. Accordingly, Article 26 of the Lease is hereby deleted and rendered <br />void and of no further force or effect. <br /> <br />12. Miscellaneous. This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of <br />which shall be effective upon delivery. This Amendment may be transmitted by electronic mail in <br />portable document format ("pdf") and signatures appearing on electronic mail instruments shall be treated <br />as original signatures. In the event of any conflict between the Lease and this Amendment, the terms of <br />this Amendment shall control.
