Gary M and Linda Atkinson, Parcel Identification Number 75-883-0110 <br />Krista Thoe, Sherburne County Residential Appraiser, distributed a handout <br />on the above parcel. <br />Moved by Councilmember Christianson and seconded by <br />Councilmember Westgaard to make no change to parcel 75-883-0110 as <br />recommended by the county assessor. Motion carried 5-0. <br />3. Ann M Davis, Parcel Identification Number 75-462-0135 <br />Ms. Thoe distributed a handout on the above parcel. <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer to make no change to parcel 75-462-0135 as recommended by <br />the county assessor. Harnois Living Trust, Parcel Identification Number 75-130-4202 <br />Ms. Thoe distributed a handout on the above parcel. <br />Moved by Councilmember Christianson and seconded by <br />Councilmember Westgaard to adjust the value of parcel 75-130-4202 <br />from a building value of $142,000 to $134,900 as recommended by the <br />county assessor.
