City of <br />Elk <br />River <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 20- <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Requesting the <br />Revocation of Portions of the MSA Street System <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is recommending to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation that all or a section of MSAS routes 117, 141, and 157 be revoked as <br />indicated in the attached drawing and described as follows: <br />■ Part of MSAS 117: 51h Street NW — 0.05 miles, from TH169 to Dodge Ave <br />■ Part of MSAS 141: 2051h Avenue NW — 0.08 miles, from Holt Street to TH 169 <br />■ MSAS 157: 1901h Lane NW — 0.06 miles, from Freeport St to TH169 <br />WHEREAS, 1901h Lane NW and a portion of 51h Street NW will no longer exist due to the <br />upcoming 169 Redefine project; and <br />WHEREAS, the eastern connection to TH 169 of 2051h Ave NW no longer exists; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is recommending to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation that the street hereinafter should be designated Municipal State Aid Street <br />under provisions of Minnesota Law: <br />Holt Street — 0.08 miles, from CSAH 33 to 2051h Ave NW <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: All or sections of MSAS routes outlined above are to be <br />revoked from Elk River's MSA street system and Holt Street is to be recommended for <br />designation of a Municipal State Aid Street under provisions of Minnesota Law. <br />Passed and adopted this day of 2020. <br />John J.
