The meeting reconvened at 5:42 <br /> p.m. <br /> 8.1 168`" Avenue Extension <br /> Mr. Carlton presented the staff report and indicated staff have been working <br /> together to find additional business park property and may have found a site via <br /> partnership with Cargill. He explained that 168t1i Circle ends in a cul-de-sac and the <br /> city has been in discussions with Cargill about a potential extension for years. Cargill <br /> is looking to make improvements on their parcel,which has renewed conversations <br /> about the road extension. Improvements would include a new city street connection <br /> with 165"'Avenue as well as city sewer and water,which would extend beyond <br /> Cargill's property along 165`x'Avenue.
