Consideration for award of the Series 2021C Bonds will be by the Utilities Commission <br />at its meeting commencing at 3:30 P.M., Central Time, of the same day. <br />SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS <br />Baker Tilly MA will assume no liability for the inability of a bidderor its proposalto reach Baker Tilly <br />MA prior to the Sale Time, and neither the Citynor Baker Tilly MA shall be responsible for any failure, <br />misdirection or error in the means oftransmission selected by any bidder.
