For purposes of compliance with Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission, this document, as the same may be supplemented or corrected by the Cityor the Commissionfrom time to time, may be treated as a Preliminary Official Statement with respect to the Series 2021B Bonds described herein that is deemed final as of the date hereof (or of any such supplement or correction) by the Cityor the Commission.
