The <br />proposed plat will consist of two lots. Parcel A (5.03 acres) will <br />contain the existing house and Parcel B (4.00 acres) will become a new <br />developable lot, which is eligible for park dedication. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Trail Master Plan <br />A proposed trail is shown on 221st Avenue parallel to the site <br />connecting to conceptual trails in the trail master plan. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> Location Map
