b. Filing due date and penalty. No. 16-12, § 1, 6-6-2016) <br />Sec. 30-202. - Reserved. <br />Sec. 30-203. - Trash removal for rental properties. <br />(a) Rental properties must have regularly scheduled recycling and trash pick-up. <br />(b) If the trash and/or recycling has not been removed within seven days of the normally <br />scheduled pick-up, the trash may be removed by the city under emergency abatement <br />procedures. <br />(c) If the lack of trash and/or recycling removal becomes a recurring problem, refuse service will <br />be authorized by the city and will be assessed on the property's utility bill. <br />(Ord.
