<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, ,I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 87 - 37 <br /> <br />In the Matter of the Vacation of future street corridors from official map <br /> <br />designated in document #129894. The above entitled matter came on to be heard <br /> <br />before the City Council of the City of Elk River, Sherburne County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />upon the Petition of K. S. Houlton and upon Motion of the City Council for the <br /> <br />vacating of said future streets, above described; and the City Council having <br /> <br />given due notice of said hearing by published and posted notice as provided by <br /> <br />law and said hearing having been held on the 20th day of July, 1987, at 7:00 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. at Elk River Public Library in said City, and no one appearing in <br /> <br />opposition thereto and the said Council after hearing the evidence presented it <br /> <br />in favor of said Petition finds: That said future streets is not serving any <br /> <br />public purpose and it would be in the best interest of the public to vacate said <br /> <br />future streets. <br /> <br />Councilmember Tralle <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution: <br /> <br />A Resolution vacating future street corridors from official map designated <br /> <br />in document #129894. <br /> <br />Which resolution was seconded by Councilmember <br /> <br />Holmgren <br /> <br />and being put to a <br /> <br />vote was passed by a <br /> <br />5-0 <br /> <br />vote in favor of said resolution by the City <br /> <br />Council whereupon said resolution was declared by the Mayor of said City. <br /> <br />Dated at the City of Elk River, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 1987. <br /> <br />20th <br /> <br />~Jh C ~~ <br /> <br />Estelle E.
