COME TOGETHER. <br />Labor, materials and equipment as follows for the scope of work detailed in the 100% Construction Documents and per <br />Spohn Ranch's competitively -solicited Sourcewell Contract #112420-SRI: <br />• Earthwork within skatepark footprint <br />• Supply and install aggregate base course <br />• Supply and install steel grind rails, pans, coping and edge protection within skatepark footprint <br />• Supply and install precast concrete bollard <br />• Form, reinforce, place and finish concrete/shotcrete within skatepark footprint <br />• Jointing and sealing within skatepark footprint <br />• Performance and payment bonds <br />TOTAL SOURCEWELL PRICE: $392,700.00 <br />EXCLUSIONS: <br />• Prevailing wage <br />• Permitting <br />• 3rd party testing/inspections <br />• Taxes, except for payroll taxes and sales taxes on materials when project is not tax exempt <br />• Union labor requirements <br />• Any work not expressly described in Spohn's scope of work <br />PROVIDED BY OTHERS: <br />Spohn requires the following to be provided by the Client or another third party. Spohn's proposal is expressly <br />conditioned upon the following assumptions and any variance voids the quote.
