Public Hearings <br /> There were no public hearing items. <br /> 7.1 Sportech, LLC,job Creation Grant <br /> Ms. Eddy presented the staff report. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Beyer to <br /> recommend the City Council adopt a resolution regarding the support of job <br /> creation fund application in connection with Sportech,LLC. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 7.2 Sportech, LLC, Tax Abatement Application <br /> Ms. Eddy presented the staff report. <br /> Mikaela Hout,Director,Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors, reviewed the application <br /> request and discussed the financial analysis used based on Authority policy and law <br /> as outlined in her report. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Blesener and seconded by Commissioner Hartwig <br /> to recommend the City Council provide tax abatement assistance to Sportech, <br /> LLC. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 8.
