Mission/Policy/Goal <br />The goals of the city and union were to improve the entry level officer position to aid in recruitment, have a fair <br />and equitable wage scale that was consistent with the top peer departments and to ensure internal equity with the <br />other police union. <br /> <br />Entry level officers receive a full allotment of uniforms and a decreasing allowance in future years.
