When it
comes to our social media one of our main objectives is to find ways to connect with our
customers in meaningful ways. We strive to offer our customers an opportunity to really
get to know our team and see our passion for serving our community. The week we
posted “Greetings from the Frozen Field” we felt it was important to spotlight members
of our team who work outside during dangerously cold temperatures to keep the lights
on and the water running, all with a smile on their faces. A link to the post is provided
below.

TheAdministration and Communications Department has been working on some
electric outage and water emergency communication guidelines for alert bar messaging
on our website. A special alert page has been developed for messages requiring more
detailed information.
