COMMISSION POLICY <br />Section:Category: <br />GovernanceDelegation to Management Policies <br />Policy Reference:Policy Title: <br />Information and Support to the <br />G.4b <br />Commission <br />PURPOSE: <br />With this policy, the Commission communicates its expectations for information and support <br />from the General Manager. <br />POLICY: <br />The General Manager shall not permit the Commission to be uninformed or unsupported in its <br />work. <br />Consistent with this general statement, the General Manager shall: <br />1. Inform the Commission in a timely <br />shortcomings with respect to Commission policies, goals and other directives. <br />2. Submit timely, accurate, and understandable financial, operating and other monitoring data <br />required by the Commission in a form that directly relates to the provisions of the <br />Commission policies being monitored. (See Monitoring Performance of the General <br />ManagerPolicy) <br />3. Report in a timely manner any actual or anticipated instance of management noncompliance <br />with Commission policies. <br />4.
