We expect this trend to increase as our park <br />improvements are completed adding modern restrooms, additional shelters/pavilions, play areas, etc. <br /> <br />Staff has created a draft policy with the premise parks and park amenities are intended for the free use by <br />residents and not for organized use for commercial, fundraising, or personal gain.
