Councilmember Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 21-10 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging <br />Contributions <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $500 donation from Bill and Laura Hjort <br />with the intent $500 be used by the Parks and Recreation Department for Woodland Trails <br />Regional Park. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths <br />vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Bill and Laura for their donation. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CouncilmeYnber <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ma��or <br />Dietz Councilmembers Christianson, Wes and Beyet and WagLier and the following <br />against: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Dietz.
