Economic Development Authority Minutes <br />January 19, 2021 <br />President Tveite added that committees are founded when there is a need and <br />dissolved once the need goes away. <br />8.4 Annual Election of Officers <br />Ms. Eddy presented the staff report. <br />Moved by Commissioner Westgaard and seconded by Commissioner <br />Christianson to appoint Dan Tveite as the EDA President for 2021. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />Page 3 <br />Moved by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Hartwig to <br />appoint Garrett Christianson as the EDA Vice President for 2021. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />Moved by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Blesener to <br />appoint Jeff Hartwig as the EDA Treasurer for 2021. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />Moved by Commissioner Beyer and seconded by Commissioner Westgaard to <br />appoint Cal Portner as the EDA Assistant Treasurer and Secretary for 2021. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />9.
