As the City Council is <br />aware, the Director of Economic Development identified and is working with three <br />potential prospects to be located in the Business Park. Because of these three potential <br />prospects, City staff is recommending that the entire development move forward, rather <br />than the phased approach that was discussed in the feasibility study. Attached is a resolution <br />for the City Council's consideration which will authorize the advertisement for bids.
