We did this, <br />because we did not know whether or not the property line West of the ditch was <br />included in the computation of your 10 acres. We thought this issue should be <br />addressed now. <br /> <br />My clients are firm in their belief that they should be the lawful owners of all of the <br />property lying West of the centerline of the existing ditch.
