Multi -Family Strategies <br />1. Ensure that all properties participate in crime -free and <br />safety initiatives administered by the City. <br />3. Establish educational opportunities to encourage code <br />compliance and improvements by property owners. <br />4. Develop a rental housing monitoring system that will <br />serve as the basis for future program development. <br />5.
