<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember _______________ introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br /> <br />Resolution 21-10 <br /> <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging <br />Contributions <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $500 donation from Bill and Laura Hjort <br />with the intent $500 be used by the Parks and Recreation Department for Woodland Trails <br />Regional Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths <br />vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Bill and Laura for their donation. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />______________, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following against: , whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />st <br />Passed and adopted this 1 day of February 2021. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> John J.
