ver <br />Ordinance 21 - 1 <br />to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 42, Section 56, Term of License of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, City Code <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That § Section 42-56, Term of license of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances <br />shall be amended to read as follows: <br />An extraction license shall run from Iuly 1 through June 30 of the <br />following syear, or for a lesser period of time as the council may specify at the time of issuance <br />of the extraction license. If the extraction license is to run for less than a full year, the extraction <br />license fee shall be prorated as determined by the council. <br />SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by <br />+ law. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this first day of February, 2021. <br />J J.
