PROFESSIONAL FEES <br />Professional fees related to the above-mentioned scope of work includes all expenses and will be billed <br />as a lump sum commensurate with the work completed. YDC’s fees are broken down per phase of work <br />below: <br />Floor Plans showing graphic (in ACAD format) $3,500.00 <br />Graphic Artwork Concepts (Banners and Imagery - in Ai format) $4,000.00 <br />Meetings (5 meetings) Myself and signage partner $ 600.00 <br />Design Manual – PDF Format and 1 Colored/Bound Printed Manual $1,500.00 <br />Reimbursable Expenses $ 500.00 <br />Total Proposal Fee (not to exceed) $10,100.00 <br />Your Design Company LLC (YDC) understands that this agreement may be terminated by the Facility upon <br />not less than 7 days’ written notice to Your Design Company LLC for the Owner’s agreement and without <br />cause. <br />In the event of termination not the fault of Your Design Company LLC, then YDC will be compensated for <br />services performed prior to termination, together with reimbursable expenses then due. <br />Reimbursable expenses include the following: <br />- Printing, plotting, and reproduction expenses associated with the project. <br />- Long distance telephone charges <br />- Express mail and delivery handling charges for project communications. <br />- Photographic expenses related to the project. <br />- Fees paid for securing approval of authorities with jurisdiction over the project. <br /> <br />Please note, to develop Floor Plans for the project, YDC will require the digital files in an AutoCAD 2018 <br />format from the architect of the building.
