As it applies to this request, my wife and I have begun to use the Furniture and Things Community Events Center on an almost daily basis (within COVID-19 restrictions), including indoor walking and presentations (will expand as COVID restrictions are lifted). In that I am fully retired, I can also devote whatever time is necessary to support this Commission. As the Center is new and who knows when it will be fully open, this is a prime opportunity to help establish the Center from the start before it becomes fully operational. Most of all, I see this as another opportunity to give back to my community.
