<br />Site Conditions: Installation pricing is based on non -union, single-phase installation during regular business hours (6:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m.), with product shipping to Fluid warehouse. Pricing assumes the space is free and clear, wgh exclusive access to dock
<br />freight elevetor(s)- no stair carry. All data, electrical work, and panel to panel connectlons to be completed by others. Any deviations from the terms outlined herein may result in an increase in price.
<br />Design: Design ast'mate is based on current scape of Work. Any revisions to scope w111 be billed at $100/hour.
<br />Pricing: Pricing Is valid for 30 days. Pricing does not include freight, installation or sales tax. Any unforeseen WIN charges will be subject to a change order and invoiced separately. This document is for budgeting only. Once all product is finalized a formal
<br />quote will be issued. A customer setup form, WE, and 50% deposit are required to process orders.
