<br />Part-Time Pay <br /> <br />5. Effective January 1, 2021, Paid On-Call Firefighters shall be paid in accordance with the <br />following schedule: <br /> <br />Position Hourly Rate <br />Probationary Firefighter $10.08 <br />Firefighter <br /> Base Pay - years 1 through 5 $15.17 <br /> Years 6 through 10 Base plus $0.50 <br /> Years 11 through 15 Base plus $1.50 <br /> Years 16 through 25 Base plus $2.50 <br /> Years 26 and above Base plus $3.00 <br /> <br />Additional to Firefighter pay above: <br />Lieutenant $1.00 <br />Captain $2.00 <br /> <br />Assistant Chief $3.00 <br /> <br />Officers who serve on-call as Duty Officer shall be paid $5.66 for each hour of on-call <br />duty. <br /> <br />6. Fire Academy Instructors shall be paid according to the following schedule: <br />Assistant Instructor $25.00 per hour <br />Lead Instructor $30.00 per hour <br /> <br />7. Part-time Cablecaster shall be paid $19.57 per hour effective December 20, 2020. <br /> <br />8. Part-Time Police Reserves are required to serve in both a volunteer and a paid capacity. <br />Effective January 1, 2021, Police Reserves shall be paid $16.91 per hour for the hours that <br />are to be paid as determined by the Police Chief. <br /> <br />9. Seasonal Gardner shall receive the cost-of-living increase given to non-union city <br />employees. <br /> <br />10. Part-Time, Seasonal, and Temporary Park and Recreation and Public Works employees <br />shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />Maximum <br />Annual Hourly <br />Position Hourly Rate Increase <br />Recreation Program Assistant $10.08 – 11.00 $0.25 <br />Recreation Program Lead $12.00 – 15.00 $0.50 <br />Recreation Program Supervisor $12.00 – 17.00 $0.50 <br />Warming House Attendant $10.08 <br />Recreation Building Supervisor $12.00 – 17.00 $0.50 <br />Office Worker – Activity Center $12.00 – 17.00 $0.50 <br />Seasonal Park Laborer $14.00 – 16.00 $0.75 <br /> <br />
