Housing and Redevelopment Minutes Page 3 <br /> January 4,2021 <br /> ----------------------------- <br /> 7.5 joint Work Session regarding Downtown District <br /> Councilmember Wagner asked if the HRA was interested in joining a joint work session with <br /> the City Council and EDA to discuss the downtown district. She wanted to gauge interest <br /> and input from the HRA if they were supportive of redevelopment. She explained the <br /> preliminary development agreement was being considered by the City Council later that <br /> evening for a fourth extension and there are still questions and uncertainties. <br /> Chair Toth was also curious with the redevelopment project and stated he personally would <br /> Eke to have dialog with the City Council especially considering the recent petition presented <br /> opposing the project. <br /> It was consensus of the HRA to participating in a joint._ rk sesVeen the City <br /> Council and EDA. <br /> Councilmember Wagner will make the same request to the City Council later that evening <br /> and will notify them of the HRA's support in a joint meeting. <br /> ----------------- Akhe <br /> Chair Toth welcomed the two new members to the HRA, former Councilmember Nate <br /> Ovall as a member and current Councilmember Jennifer W ner as council liaison. <br /> 8.
