All but Commissioner Nadeau <br />were present at the start of the meeting. <br />1.3 Consider the Agenda <br />Chair Dietz requested the addition of agenda item 5.4 to discuss the timeline in bonding for the <br />field services facility expansion project. <br />Moved by Commissioner Stewart and seconded by Commissioner Bell to approve the <br />amended December 8, 2020, agenda.
