Those who are not able to work remotely are potentially most affected by these leaves going <br />away.There isno financial impact since we wouldnot be paying theemployees any more than <br />their budgeted wages; it is just unproductive time. Since there is an endpoint of March 31, <br />2021, and every day we are closer to having Minnesota vaccinated and putting this pandemic <br />behind us, I would like to support our staff and extend these leaves. <br /> <br />It is my recommendation that the commission approve extending the FFCRA emergency <br />leaves through March 31, 2021. <br /> <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />95 <br />
