<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />COUNTY OF SHERBURNE <br /> <br />ORDER <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 463 and Section <br />500.08 of the City of Elk River City Code, you John C. Hoglund, <br />are hereby ordered, as owner of the property located at 15536 <br />Cleveland Street, City of Elk River, County of Sherburne, State <br />of Minnesota, and legally described as: <br /> <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 24, <br />Township 32, Range 26, County of Sherburne, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property) to correct the hazardous condition <br />on said property. <br /> <br />2. On or about september 12, 1989, a fire occurred on <br />the Subject Property which completely destroyed the building <br />thereon. The physical damage to the building was so extensive <br />that it is beyond repair and the property remains in a <br />hazardous condition as the debris from said fire remains. <br /> <br />3. You are hereby ordered to seal the well on the <br />Subject Property by a licensed water well contractor. <br />Furthermore, you are ordered to secure and stabilize the soils <br />adjacent to the parking lot and to remove the block wall there. <br />You are to remove any connecting lines and cap below ground all <br />parts of the septic sewer system. You are to remove the sheet <br />metal walls and remove any lumber, any glass, any other metal <br />objects, and any other objects from the structure which pose a <br />hazard or threaten the public safety. The ash from the fire is <br />to be collected and removed and disposed of in a proper manner. <br />You are to place a guard rail or fence around the area <br />surrounding the upper parking lot. <br /> <br />4. You are hereby ordered to cure said defects within a <br />reasonable time from the date of this order. <br /> <br />5. <br />herein. <br /> <br />You have 20 days in which to answer the averments <br /> <br />6.
