. . . CITY OF ELK RIVER COUNTY OF SHERBURNE ORDER 1. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 463 and Section 500.08 of the City of Elk River City Code, you John C. Hoglund, are hereby ordered, as owner of the property located at 15536 Cleveland Street, City of Elk River, County of Sherburne, State of Minnesota, and legally described as: Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 26, County of Sherburne, Minnesota (Subject Property) to correct the hazardous condition on said property. 2. On or about september 12, 1989, a fire occurred on the Subject Property which completely destroyed the building thereon. The physical damage to the building was so extensive that it is beyond repair and the property remains in a hazardous condition as the debris from said fire remains. 3. You are hereby ordered to seal the well on the Subject Property by a licensed water well contractor. Furthermore, you are ordered to secure and stabilize the soils adjacent to the parking lot and to remove the block wall there. You are to remove any connecting lines and cap below ground all parts of the septic sewer system. You are to remove the sheet metal walls and remove any lumber, any glass, any other metal objects, and any other objects from the structure which pose a hazard or threaten the public safety. The ash from the fire is to be collected and removed and disposed of in a proper manner. You are to place a guard rail or fence around the area surrounding the upper parking lot. 4. You are hereby ordered to cure said defects within a reasonable time from the date of this order. 5. herein. You have 20 days in which to answer the averments 6.
