The West <br />section is a Firestone adhered EPDM roof, the East section has an asphalt and gravel <br />(BUR) roof. As requested, a re -roof cost to replace the roofing, associated sheet metal <br />fascia and have the insulation meet current "R" code / tapering requirements we be <br />completed as follows; <br />1) Remove both the existing adhered EPDM membrane and BUR roofs and sheet metal <br />fascia. (Would need space for a roll -off dumpster next to the building in an area that <br />could be cordoned off for safety) <br />2) Furnish and mechanically fasten new layer(s) of insulation to meet or exceed current <br />state code for average "R" 30 and minimum 1/8" per foot tapering to promote drainage. <br />3) Furnish and install any required new dimensional wood around roof perimeter to <br />accommodate new insulation heights. <br />4) Furnish and install an adhered 60 Mil. EPDM roof system as per manufacturers 20- <br />year specifications. <br />5) Flash -in all existing roof penetrations, interior roof drains and membrane seams as per <br />manufacturers specifications. <br />6) Fabricate and install new standard color 24 Gauge pre -finished fascia metal and any <br />existing scuppers. <br />
