The administrator, human resources manager and directors have closely reviewed the <br />document and have identified several updates. <br />Because it is an operational document, the Council will formally accept the manual at a future council meeting. <br />With consensus, the Council will formally approve any benefit change which may have a financial impact to the <br />city. <br />Updates include information replaced from the League of Minnesota Cities template (highlighted in yellow). Most <br />are items reflecting state or federal law changes. Some changes reflect policy language that has been <br />reviewed/approved by council or in union contracts (green).
