<br /> <br /> <br />City of Elk River <br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />Resolution 20-____ <br /> <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Entering in an <br />Agreement with MnDOT for Trunk Highway 10 under State Project No. <br />7102-135 and Authorizing Execution <br /> <br /> <br />IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1044570 <br />with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br /> <br />To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of the <br />grading, concrete and bituminous surfacing, ADA improvements, signal systems, and <br />lighting construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, along, and <br />adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 10 from Simonet Drive to Lowell Avenue within the <br />corporate City limits under State Project No. 7102-135 (T.H. 10=003). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: that the mayor and city clerk are authorized to execute the <br />Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. <br /> <br />st <br />Passed and adopted this 21 day of December 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> John J.
